- TripJetly’s service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the airline’s policy and may take up to 8–12 weeks.

Changes to Bookings


- Flight date, time, or route changes are subject to airline availability, fare differences, and applicable change fees.
- TripJetly may charge an additional service fee for processing changes.

Travel Requirements


- You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel permits, and complying with the entry requirements of your destination.
- TripJetly is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Liability Disclaimer


- TripJetly is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage, or service disruptions caused by airlines or other third parties.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to TripJetly for the booking in question.

Use of Website
