Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TripJetly, we aim to provide clear and transparent policies for cancellations and refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy
- All airline ticket cancellations and refund requests are subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective airline.
- TripJetly acts as an intermediary and cannot override airline policies regarding cancellations or refunds.
- Our service fees and convenience charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellations must be requested by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
- Some tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable based on airline fare rules.
- If your ticket is eligible for cancellation, applicable airline charges and TripJetly service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the airline’s policy.
- The processing time for refunds may take between 7–10 weeks, depending on the airline and payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to board your scheduled flight without prior cancellation, the ticket will be considered a “No-Show” and may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-show policies are determined by the respective airline’s rules.
Changes to Bookings
- If you wish to change your flight date, time, or route, additional charges may apply as per airline policies and fare differences.
- TripJetly may charge an additional service fee for processing changes.
Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, airline and TripJetly policies will apply for cancellations and refunds.
